June empties
As I am in short term assignment, I am living out of suitcase and on travel size products😅. As the result, I ended up with huge pile of empties this month.

1. Lush face mask cosmetic warrior: My all time favorite Lush product. This is the first product I bought from Lush when I am struggling with bad skin due to change in location and nothing seems to work for me. My skin condition improved drastically after I started using this mask. It got lot of good ingredients which helps with acne and blemishes. Herbalism face wash, Cosmetic warrior mask and tea tree toner form my holy skincare trio🥰.
2. Soap&glory body butter: It is part of the S&G travel kit. It is a good moisturizer and is good enough even for winter months. I am not a big fan of the scent though. I don't think I will be re-purchasing it. I prefer Lush, TBS and Bath & Body works lotions.
3. Kevin Murphy Hair cream: I bought this in travel size from Nykaa. Never heard of this brand, so thought of trying out in smaller size. It does give some definition to the curls, however I didn't feel the effect justifies the price. My friend gave me R&B moisturizer from Lush which I am currently using and bought more than few hair sprays🤫. I may get Lush Dirty hair cream before leaving UK.
4. Bare minerals mineral veil powder: This is part of starter kit I bought in flight during my Europe trip more than 2 years ago. Even though the quantity is only 2g, I used it very occasionally. With continuous use, it still came for 2 months. While I like to re-purchase this, there are other powders I would like to try and it is not the product I could finish up quickly - so far I did not repeat any powder I used🤷. I am currently using Lancome compact powder and would like to buy Mac studio fix later (long overdue!!!).
5. Clinique Mascara: By far this is the mascara I finished fastest. Till now even travel size mascaras lasted at least 6 months, but this one ended in less than 3 months. I started using mascaras about 3 years ago and with Clinique sample one. Since then I used multiple brands like Rimmel, La Roche Posey and Benefit, but Clinique mascara is my favorite - It don't dry too quickly and get clumpy nor stay wet for long and stick to skin. I got quite a few sample and full size mascaras with my recent purchases from Mac, Boujois and Lancome - cant wait to start using them. I am currently using Clarins mascara I got as sample with their recycling program. I don't think I will ever purchase a mascara, they are given as part of almost every kit or as samples or freebies😉.
6. Origins Ginzing gel face mask: This is one of the masks I bought from Kuala Lumpur airport. I did not use it very regularly - only when I did not get enough sleep. Not sure if it did any good to my skin (not that it claim to), but it does feel refreshing as I apply. I will not be re-purchasing it though - don't want to complicate my morning skincare task😴.
7. Lush Volcano foot mask: I wanted to try foot mask which peels off dead skin, however the idea of skin peeling off for days is off-putting. Then I came across this foot mask in Lush - it have peppermint, pumice, tomato, papaya etc., I apply it once a week and wrap with plastic foil. While I didn't notice any brightening effect, it is quite soothing after roaming around during my day trips in warm climate. I couldn't decide whether to repurchase it or try sock style masks for ease of application🤪.
8. S&G body wash: Another one from the travel kit. Its creamy and used it during colder days while going to TBS English gardenia for warmer days. I still have English gardenia left in travel bottle, I bought Sleepy shower jelly from Lush which I want to switch to for evening shower times🛀.
9. NYX eyeliner: I always used black and brown eyeliners and wanted to try a different color. But my role and work place is not suitable to experiment much with colors. When I found this eyeliner in Nykaa, I had to get this - Its a lovely purple color which is not too pop nor too dull. I am not a big fan of the texture though - it is bit stretchy and, unlike NYX lip liner, it doesn't apply very smoothly. I am back to black and brown liners, but if I could find this color with different formula, I will definitely get it.
10. TBS eye gel: I bought this from TBS India site during New year. It is not a cream but gel which was great for summers as it soothes the eye area and gives a calming effect (even though it lasts only for a moment🙍). Apart from that I didn't notice any major difference with this product - I usually wouldn't with any eye creams. I finally got to use the Origins Ginzing eye cream which I am longing for a while. I want to buy Pixi 24k eye serum next.
11. Bath&Body works body lotion: this brand became my favorite for bath products, especially cashmere glow line. The fragrance is amazing and the lotion is quite moisturizing for winter, but not too heavy and could be applied during summers too. I bought Lush charity pot body lotion which is quite good in texture and fragrance. However, this one is my top most favorite❤️.
12. Estée Lauder body cream: this is travel size pack from the sleep kit which I bought during black friday sale. It is bit thicker than regular creams, but not as much as body butters. Its moisturizing enough even in colder climates and have no fragrance. I won't be repurchasing it unless in a kit. I am using Lush charity pot for evenings as well.
13: Wilko eye lash curler: I don't usually list beauty accessories in empties list but this one I liked so much and used for almost 2 years. I bought an elf one and thinking of getting another with slightly higher price, but couldn't decide which one - maybe tweezerman.
14: Essie base and top coat: I got this set as birthday gift from a friend who knows my love for Essie. I liked the base coat more than top and, even though I used base coat every time I apply nail polish, it lasted as long as top coat.

15: Kama Ayurveda vetiver face mist: This is my most favorite face mist and I used a lots of them. I am using Caudalie grape water but mostly as setting spray - it is too big to carry around. Since the weather is getting warmer every day and I am increasing my trips, I am in bad need of a travel spray. I will be getting Evian face spray.
The advantage with travel packs is I get to try many products and can decide what I like best. Even though prices get lower with higher quantity, travel kits is an economic option. Hopefully I finish up the bigger ones, else my luggage situation will be bad😒.
