February Empties

Most products emptied in this list don't have too many backups - too bad there aren't any makeup products. Nevertheless, I had a good long use of them and enjoyed using them.

1. L'occitane body & strength shampoo: this is like aromatherapy in a bottle making every shower a spa experience. Original price is 19 GBP, but on purchase of 35 GBP, i could buy 3 bottles of shampoo or conditioner from selected rage for 10 GBP each. The same offer was available in Paris too with Euros making it even more economical. The Shampoo is colorless with neither too thick nor too thin consistency. It doesn't lather too much but leaves the scalp clean without making the stresses dry. Still I developed the habit of using conditioner regularly. I bought herbal essence shampoo unwilling to shell out thrice the price to re-purchase this. However, if my luggage permits, I will not hesitate to pick this on my next euro trip.
2. Bumble and Bumble invisible hair oil: this is one of the brands I leaned to try from YouTube videos. I was glad to get this as part of constellation box. It is one of the popular products from the brand. The serum is not so thick as Moroccon oil hair treatment, but did a decent job containing frizz. Relatively I prefer Moroccon oil serum in terms of performance as well as availability.
3. Kama Ayurveda Kumkumadi Scrub: Another product influenced by blog reviews. I was skeptical about trying this product initially as my skin usually don't respond well to herbal products. It did not result in any bad effects, though I did not see much brightening aspect either. Fine granules in creamy base gave a good balance of exfoliation and hydration. I alternated between kumkumadi and Avene cleanance scrub+mask, but reduced physical exfoliation to once a week now.
4. Nip+Fab glycolic acid pads: This product marks the beginning of my switch from physical exfoliation to chemical. Though I feel glycolic acid is making my skin better, it is not doing much for my acne (though it is not supposed to). Apart from ease of use of the pads, I am not much impressed with the product. I am using Alpha-H liquid gold which I prefer to this.
5. Roger & Gallet Orange blossom deo roll on: I saw these fragrances quite a few times in the pharmacy stores in Paris, however never got around purchasing them as I always had other perfumes in my wish list. In this particular visit, I didn't pack my deo and had to pick one. Though Orange blossom is not my favorite fragrance list, that is is the only one I could understand. I was quite skeptical as there is not sample to test and is not too inexpensive to discard after few uses. With no other option, I had to purchase this tube and I was quite relieved to find the scent to my liking. In fact I might pick up pack of 3 in my next trip.
