Mar and Apr Empties

Thanks to the lock-down, there is not many products I am using - makeup is non-existent and skin care reduced drastically too mainly due to lethargy😴. Unaffected categories are hair care and body care. March anyway have wider variety.

1. TBS Banana shampoo: I left behind unopened bottle before I went on my assignment and bought back travel pack of conditioner from same variant. With Satsuma scrub, shower time turned to fruity fun for a while🍌🍊. I was afraid, it might not clean my scalp well as it didn't lather much. But it did a good job without drying the tresses - adding conditioner might have helped. I replaced this with John Frieda detox range. I am planning to repurchase Moroccan oil shampoo, so might not get this in near future.
2. Bioderma micellar water: My all time favorite🥰. I tried many micellar waters but nothing came close to this one. I didn't have enough space to get this from Paris pharma haul, but it's easily available in India and price difference doesn't justify the luggage struggles. But for now I have a bottle of Lancome I got with my purchases. I will definitely re-purchase this after finishing up Lancome micellar water
3. Cutex nail polish remover: I wanted to buy SuperDrug nail polish remover I loved so much. But due to size, I opted for Cutex instead. It is so compact and removed nail polish as effectively. It came in so many variants - I used the moisturizing one while in England, but this is quite good for Indian climate. I bought another one as backup and few wipes too. Though I mostly peel off the polish while fidgeting over work ( which I am doing a lot recently👩🏻‍💻).
4. Avene cleanance mask: One of the most hyped face mask and was in my wishlist for a while. My friend bought it from Brussels almost 2 years ago. But as I keep hoarding the masks, this one went to the back of stash. I did not do much in clearing the acne or the marks, but is quite good with exfoliation and cleaning of the pores. I may not re-purchase though as I got quite a few favorites which I go back to and few in to-try list.
5. L'occitane lip scrub: It is pricier lip scrub which set me back by 20 GBP💸, but I had nothing else to buy to be eligible for an offer. Then again, L'occitane is pricier of French Pharma brands - I wonder if it comes under Pharmaceutical brand, but it is availble in Pharma stores. Compared to Clinique and Lush scrubs, this way milder as its not made of suger but of fruit seeds with heavy gel base. Gentle exfoliation with soothing gel is suitable for summers, but my chapped lips need something heavier in colder months. I did manage to keep the lips softer which is a major achievement in my case. I might not re-purchase it though, mainly due to price factor - I get other brands more suitable for me for less than half the price.
6. Ciate nail polish: I took bit of detour from Essie and picked up few Ciate polishes. This particular one, being a glittery polish, got dried up pretty fast. I also suspect that T.K.Maxx might not stock on fresh products. Then again, gel and regular polishes I bought from same store lasted long - so it could be combination of both.

7. TBS wild argon solid oil: The only product I used up in the month of April causing the combination post. This solid oil with mild fragrance is for both body and hair - I tried both and liked it better for body, however not as much as the lotion. It did leave a greasy feel and the hydration last bit longer than body lotion but not longer than body cream. I prefer Bath and Body works for now - Jo Malone too,  but it comes with a hefty tag💰.

As I couldn't travel anytime soon, it seems fine not to use up many products - on a positive note, reduced landfills.
