Emptied and opened in June 2017
My friend(shopping buddy ๐) asked me to review the products I use, but I am not good at it. So thought of combining my emptied post with attempts at brief reviews. Also I want to write about the products I opened, as opening products is just as exciting as emptying them.

Fresh pharmacy: It is quite saddening to see my lush products getting emptied. It's been a while since I used a soap as face wash and it required some effort to use with my new sonic brush. While I would definitely prefer granular face wash like herbalism or angels on bare skin, I am not disappointed with this soap. Its not drying as I thought it would be, as it contains few oils. I wouldn't say it is exfoliating, but it isn't too smooth either - got few bumps here and there. It is a bit difficult to use with my Clinique sonic brush, but manageable.
Anyway, I am excited to try my La Roche Posey effaclar duo. I had extremely high expectations from this combo and after first 2 weeks of use, I can't say I am impressed. I read somewhere, it would need 4 weeks to act, so - fingers crossed.
Sheet masks: I used few sheet masks for my face, feet and hands.
I used the beauty formulas foot and finger masks before. The foot mask didn't seem to do much to my roughened feet, but that's the only attention they are getting ๐ฅ.
The finger nail mask seemed unique and I was intrigued, it makes my nails shiny and smooth, but the effect didn't last long - I am quite happy with my hand cream.
Coming to face masks, the only sheet mask I used before is the pearl one from Sephora, but I preferred my regular masks. Recently, I bought quite a few sheet masks online. I absolutely loved the fragrance of peony face mask - it gave such a relaxing feel. They are also super convenient to use. However, the clean feel of clay mask couldn't get replaced. I'm going to alternate between both ๐.
Mac lipstick verve: yay, yay, yayyyyyy๐๐๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ผ๐๐๐. Finallyyyyy I completed a lipstick after a looooooong time. And not just completed till rim (in which case it would have been in my first emptied post), but till the point it couldn't be used anymore (thanks to my lip brush). It was my first lipstick from Mac. From the first use, I was so taken and thought I will not buy lipsticks from other brands anymore - immediate rise in Mac prices and access to duty-free stores didn't let me stick to that thought ๐. It got lot of product in the tube even after reaching the rim, which initially delighted me, but that took almost 6 months to finish up๐.
I'm not going to open new ones yet as I still got Loreal (Which I opened when I thought Mac got over and didn't have access to lip brush), Bobbi brown and Dior lippies in open state.
Monoprix lip balm: must have mentioned this multiple posts like lip products and Paris shopping. I love how light it was and it's lovely tint, but it was not very moisturizing.
I opened Burt's and bees lip balm I got from look fantastic, but it turned out to be a crayon. Just so, it isn't very moisturizing but I am trying to make it work๐ช.
La naturalle eye cream: I got this one from ylg saloon almost two years ago. I don't normally notice any difference with eye creams - they are probably preventive.
I get to start with my Clinique pep start I bought during Valentine's day sale in UK. I have my eye on it for a while but, since it is available in India for almost same price, I could have bought it when required and thought of getting it when I complete the tube I was using. However, I added it to get free samples ๐. I just love the round bubble thing through which the cream is dispensed. I like rolling it around my eyes. Have it check if it is hygienic to do so๐ค.
Cotton pads: I got 2 packs of cotton pads from London - one from Tesco and other from Wilko. I finished Wilko ones a while ago and they are, so far, my favorite. They are huge and got very nice texture. Also the borders are kinda stitched and they didn't get loose or fluffy when used. Tesco ones are smaller in size and borders are not tied but the surface is quite good. Now I am using Bella aloe infused pads and they are quite good. Still wish I bought couple of packs more from Wilko.
Essie nail polish mint apple candy: it got emptied majorly as it got leaked while travelling to Bali.

My favorite nail polish is first to go from my Essie collection. When I get another one of it, I will not be extremely careful or avoid packing it duringmy travels.
Anyway, not that I opened as a replacement, but I got my first OPI nail polish in hard kourt fashionista and am liking it so much ๐.
Also, I opened the Maybelline curly eye liner even though I didn't finish up the body shop eye pencil. In my defense, I thought defining with eyeliner would compliment the soft smudgy look of eye pencil and it did ๐. My fears of not reading good reviews fell through from the first use and I am absolutely enjoying the liner. The wand is quite different and it made the application easier compared to the typical brush liners I used before. This, along with Clinique bubble type eye cream made my eye routine quite fun.
