August Empties
Most of the products that I emptied last month are hair products. Now, they might seem very easy to finish, but most of them are the ones I don't use very regularly. So, with the exception of shampoo. other products are in use for a very long time.
1. Tressemme keratin smooth heat protection hair spray: I got this so long back when hair sprays were not very easily available in India. I used to avoid hair dryers, however, when the weather gets colder, I couldn't leave my hair wet for long. I remember when Tresemme first got launched in India, I was super excited but also slightly disappointed that their collection didn't include hair sprays. To my disappointment, that didn't happen. Needless to say, I was super happy when I saw this in Boots store and it became my first every hair spray. I still continued using hair dryer sparsely and this one came for almost 2 years. I bought a spray from Toni & Guy to replace this one.
2. Benetint: Another product I which isn't a regular. I was quite afraid to use blushes thinking that I would look like a clown. Then I got cheek tint from TBS in an offer and it was quite easy to use. Then I got this famous Benetint in the Benefit Christmas box. Even though its not full size, it came for more than 6 months and I used it very regularly too. I was planning to buy a Mac blush next, but ended up getting another cheek tint from TBS.
3. The Body Shop tea tree wipes: past few months I am getting a lot of breakouts and I heard great reviews about TBS tea tree range. After my St.Ives wipes I didn't like any other wipes, but I quite like these ones. When I am too tired to clean my face (surprisingly that stopped being a regular occurrence these days), I just use one of these wipes and go to sleep. It removes light make-up and dirt effectively. Already on my second pack of these and I will be re-purchasing them - I wish I could get Bioderma or Neutrogena wipes.
4. Ogx Brazilian therapy shampoo: Another product I heard great reviews about. Not sure if I wasn't not using it right, I didn't notice any straightening effect nor much of smoothing. Anyway, I am using the Rene Furterer volumizing shampoo which my friend got from Europe.
5. Aussie 3 min miracle conditioner for color treated hair: I don't use conditioners regularly, so I only bought a couple of sachets. I really should stop using color protect products, because none of them seem to work for me. Unfortunately, the TBS rainforest radiance one I bought recently is also meant for colored hair. I should have picked the moisture varient.
6. Rene Furterer hair cream: this is another one of the travel sized packs I picked in a pharmacy in Paris because I "forgot" to pack my toiletries. I didn't notice much of difference , but my friend used to comment my hair looks good when I apply this. Also it have a light flowery fragrance I liked very much. The pack is easy to carry around and, since I don't frequently apply it, it came for a very long time.
So, not many exciting products in this post. However, few became my favorites.
