My beauty wish list

I got a lot of things on my list by now:
Some I wanted for no specific reason - Chanel mademoiselle body spray, lipsticks from Chanel (I wanted mademoiselle, but it didn't turn out the way I thought it would be), Dior and Mac (Creme in your coffee, which I waited so long to get) and Kheils midnight recovery under eye cream.
Some because I read a lot about them - fake up concealer and porefessional primer from Benefit, Maybelline baby skin primer.
Some influenced by few people I follow in You Tube (which happens very rarely) - Maybelline age-rewind eye concealer and Hawaiian tropic sun screen.

1. Laura Mercier corrector and concealer duo: I came to know about this brand, along with Bobbi Brown, when I am searching for lip stick Kate Beckett using in T.V. Show Castle (Until season 4 it was one of my favorite shows). I am not quite sure why I picked this product specifically, but i was in my wishlist for very long time. It is surprising I did not get this and it's not like I forgot about it - I remembered when I walk by the Laura Mercier counter in Selfridges and La Fayatte, but for some reason didn't go for it.
2. Nuxe lip balm: I heard about it from my friend and shopping buddy and then read some reviews about it. Now can't wait to get my hands on it.
3. Mac pressed powder: Maybelline, Mac and Chanel are my favorites in budget, mid and high-end ranges respectively (although Mac no-longer seems mid range). Few years ago, I wanted to splurge on compact as it is one on the 2,3 make-up items I use at that time and considered Mac first. But, I spent 500 more and got Chanel instead (considering my previous compact is less than 500, it's not a small difference - still, in comparison 😌). Now that my Chanel compact is almost over I am considering between Mac prep and prime compact and studio fix foundation compact.
4. Mac eye shadow in blackberry: I don't own many eyeshadows. I like brown and purple on my eyes and currently using Lord n Berries eyebrow powder in Brown as eye shadow. I checked for it in Kuala Lumpur duty-free, but it was out of stock 😫.
5. Mac blush in dirty plum: Another product I don't use but I saw a girl wearing a deep purple blush in one of the get-togethers and it looked lovely. Ever since, I was in search of similar shade and Dirty plum seems pretty close. Need to try it out.
6. Mac lipstick amorous: I am not going to buy lipsticks anytime soon, but this is the one lipstick in my list. I already tried it once or twice and, when I am through my current stash, I will get this one.
7. Clarins detox cream: one of my friends got a sample of it for me. I used it couple of times and got quite a few compliments😊.
Unfortunately it was out of stock in Marionnaud and they refused to give samples too - some rule against giving samples of products not in stock. It is not available here either, not that I would have paid extra.

That's it for now and I have a feeling that my future makeup products mostly will be from Mac😌.

Another single month list 😊 1. Lacto Calamine cleansing wipes: these cleansing wipes are quite handy on a warm day outing or hectic day quick makeup removal. These wipes are as effective as the expensive brands.  2. L’Oréal lipstick - spring rosette: after lot of search for medium pink colour, I found this shade. February Empties

Most products emptied in this list don't have too many backups - too bad there aren't any makeup products. Nevertheless, I had a good long use of them and enjoyed using them. 1. L'occitane body & strength shampoo: this is like aromatherapy in a bottle making every shower a spa experience. Original price is 19 GBP, but on purchase of 35 GBP, i could buy 3 bottles of shampoo or conditioner from selected rage for 10 GBP each. The same offer was available in Paris too with Euros making it even more economical. The Shampoo is colorless with neither too thick nor too thin consistency. It doesn't lather too much but leaves the scalp clean without making the stresses dry. Still I developed the habit of using conditioner regularly. I bought herbal essence shampoo unwilling to shell out thrice the price to re-purchase this. However, if my luggage permits, I will not hesitate to pick this on my next euro trip. 2. Nov and Dec Empties

This list have a variety of products - skincare, hair care, make up and nails. Almost half are make up products - I always find it difficult to finish up makeup products😅.  1. Bioderma BB cream: I like make up products from skin care brands and French pharma brands. This one is both🥰. They don't have many shades - just 2 or 3. Thankfully I found a match. As bb creams are, this one doesn't provide heavy coverage. Even though I spend most of day in air conditioned space, I also spend good time walking in sun and this one stays well. It is not currently available in India😔, whenever I get access to it, I will definitely re purchase this one. 2. Mac eye pencil: this my second one and I was hoping to utilise it for back to Mac (which is no longer available😟). It is not too creamy not rigid. it doesn't stay long, however, il don't fudge at corners as other kohls I used before. Since these empties are no longer recyclable, I will by other brands now🤑. 3.
